If you would be interested in taking part in this workshop, please get in touch with us, and we will add your name to the contact list. When we have a large enough group, we will get in touch with some suggested dates for the workshop to run, and to see if you are interested in making a firm booking. We look forward to hear from you!
Most people would see a labyrinth and think of a maze but actually they are very different.
A labyrinth has one circuitous path that takes you to the centre and back out again. There are no dead ends and it’s designed to help you find yourself rather than get you lost.
A gentle, reflective walk on a labyrinth is a wonderful way to quiet the mind and relax after a stressful time. The walk is also a metaphor for your personal journey through life so whatever comes to you, irritates or delights you as you walk will have some meaning to offer. Walking the labyrinth is open to everyone and is used today as a non-denominational, cross-cultural tool of well-being for meditation and insight in workshops and open walks
“There are many ways to describe a Labyrinth. It is a path of prayer, a walking meditation, a crucible of change, a watering hole for the spirit and a mirror for the soul"
Dr Lauren Artress, founder of Veriditas
