Stories and The Labyrinth with Elizabeth Clarke

A day of creativity, reflection and fun, telling stories and walking the labyrinth. Learn about these ancient patterns and experience a walk on a full size labyrinth.

Most people would see a labyrinth and think of a maze but actually they are very different. A labyrinth has one circuitous path that takes you to the centre and back out again. There are no dead ends and it’s designed to help you find yourself rather than get you lost. A gentle, reflective walk on a labyrinth is a wonderful way to quiet the mind and relax after a stressful time. Click on course title for more info.
